Your account
One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
Video licences
When you unlock or buy a video you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to watch it. You do not receive ownership of the video or any right to copy it.
Recording, screen-capturing, downloading, re-uploading, sharing or publicly showing our videos is not permitted. Every stream is watermarked with your customer number, so a leaked copy identifies the account it came from. Accounts found doing this are suspended without refund.
Sharing a viewing link is treated the same way as sharing the video.
Free videos
Free videos are released in exchange for a confirmed email address. A link sent to an email address is time-limited. A video unlocked while signed in stays in your library.
Paid videos and refunds
Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and are shown before you pay. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see your card details.
All sales are final. No refund will be issued in any case once access to a video or other digital content has been provided, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law.
Availability
A video you purchase is available only while our service is available. Any video or text may become unavailable at any time without prior notice. We may update, replace, restrict, suspend or discontinue any video, feature or service, and permanent or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, probe, overload or circumvent the security of this service, and do not use it to break the law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah.

This is the sales agreement every buyer accepts at checkout and receives with their invoice.
AVIONETTA.AI — TERMS OF ACCESS AND USE
This video and all associated materials, including its narration, visuals, methods, prompts, templates, documents, software demonstrations, and downloadable resources, are the exclusive intellectual property of Avionetta Technology FZE (“Avionetta.AI”).
No part of the content may be copied, downloaded, screen-recorded, reproduced, modified, translated, republished, resold, sublicensed, shared, distributed, publicly displayed, used to create derivative content, or otherwise exploited without the prior written permission of Avionetta.AI. Unauthorized use may result in the immediate termination of access and civil or criminal legal action where permitted by law.
Access is granted solely to the registered purchaser for personal or internal business use. Login credentials and access rights may not be shared, transferred, rented, sold, or made available to another person or organization.
PROHIBITED USE
The content and all Avionetta.AI products and services must not be used for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized purpose. This includes, without limitation:
* Violating any applicable law, regulation, intellectual-property right, privacy right, or contractual obligation;
* Creating or distributing fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, harmful, or illegal content;
* Impersonating another person or misrepresenting the origin of AI-generated content;
* Circumventing security controls, platform restrictions, or access limitations;
* Infringing copyrights, trademarks, personal-image rights, or other third-party rights; and
* Using the content or resulting output in any manner that may cause harm to Avionetta.AI, another person, or any third party.
Avionetta.AI reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate an account, without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects prohibited, fraudulent, unauthorized, or unlawful activity.
USER RESPONSIBILITY
All decisions, actions, content, and results arising from the use of this video or any Avionetta.AI product are solely the user’s responsibility. Users must independently review, verify, edit, and assess all outputs before using, publishing, distributing, or relying upon them.
The user is solely responsible for obtaining all required licences, permissions, consents, disclosures, and approvals and for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, advertising standards, intellectual-property rights, privacy requirements, and third-party agreements.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
The content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Avionetta.AI does not guarantee any specific commercial, financial, technical, operational, marketing, audience-growth, or other result.
Examples, demonstrations, AI-generated outputs, performance figures, and case studies are illustrative only. Actual results may vary depending on the user’s skills, actions, circumstances, third-party platforms, technology, market conditions, and other factors beyond Avionetta.AI’s control.
Avionetta.AI does not warrant that the content or service will always be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or platform, or suitable for every intended purpose.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Certain content or functionality may rely on third-party software, artificial-intelligence systems, websites, APIs, payment processors, or online platforms. Avionetta.AI does not control and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, policies, pricing, restrictions, modifications, suspensions, output, or continued operation.
Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms and policies of all applicable third-party services.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Access is provided only while the relevant Avionetta.AI service remains operational and while the user continues to satisfy these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Avionetta.AI reserves the right to update, replace, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any video, feature, product, or service at any time without prior notice. Permanent or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
PAYMENTS AND FRAUD
Payments must be made using a payment method lawfully owned by or authorized for use by the purchaser. Any purchase involving fraud, chargeback abuse, stolen payment credentials, unauthorized payment methods, false information, or other unlawful activity may result in immediate account termination and permanent revocation of access to all purchased features and content.
Avionetta.AI reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and cooperate with payment providers, financial institutions, law-enforcement authorities, regulators, and other authorized parties where required or permitted by law.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final and non-refundable once access to digital content or services has been provided, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law.
By completing a purchase or accessing the content, the user confirms that they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to these terms.
RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the user agrees to release and hold harmless Avionetta Technology FZE, Avionetta.AI, and their owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, or disputes arising from or connected with:
* The user’s use or misuse of any Avionetta.AI product or content;
* Decisions or actions taken in reliance on the content;
* Content or materials produced by the user;
* Violations of law, third-party rights, or platform policies by the user;
* The operation, failure, suspension, or modification of third-party services; or
* Loss of data, revenue, profits, business opportunities, reputation, or access.
Avionetta.AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law.
INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Avionetta Technology FZE, Avionetta.AI, and their owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from third-party claims, proceedings, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from the user’s:
* Breach of these terms;
* Unlawful, unauthorized, or negligent use of the content or services;
* Violation of another party’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights; or
* Content, products, services, representations, or activities created or conducted using Avionetta.AI materials.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and all related matters are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Subject to any mandatory legal rights or jurisdictional requirements, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Avionetta.AI is operated by Avionetta Technology FZE, a Sharjah-based company established and operating under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
