Privacy Notice

What we collect

• Your account — email address, and optionally a name and phone number. Your password is stored only as an Argon2id hash and cannot be read back by anyone, including us.
• Newsletter consent — if you subscribe, we record the date, your IP address and the exact wording you agreed to, so we can show that consent was given.
• Security records — sign-ins and failed sign-in attempts, with the IP address and a short description of the browser and operating system.
• Purchases — what you bought and when. We never see, store or transmit your card number; that stays with the payment provider.

What we do not do

• No advertising trackers, no analytics service, no third-party tag of any kind. Nothing on this site reports your visit to anyone else.
• No tracking pixels in our email. We cannot tell whether you opened a message, and we have deliberately built it that way.
• We never sell or rent your address.

Cookies

Two, and only two. A session cookie once you sign in, and an abuse-control cookie that lets us apply "one newsletter signup per device per day" and spot repeated failed logins. Neither is used for advertising or joined to a profile. Detail: Cookies.

How long we keep it

• Sign-in records: 400 days. The IP address and browser description are erased from them after 90 days.
• Email delivery records: 180 days; the recipient address is erased after 90.
• Accounting records of purchases: 7 years, as required for tax.
• Your account: until you close it. Thirty days after closure your name, phone, email and IP addresses are erased. Purchase totals are retained for accounting under a customer number that no longer identifies you.

Your choices

• Marketing email — one click unsubscribes, from the footer of any newsletter or from your account settings. Service messages about your account cannot be turned off, because they are how we tell you about password changes and receipts.
• A copy of your data — write to us and we will send you an export.
• Deletion — close your account from settings, or ask us to.

Where it lives

On our own servers. Videos are delivered by Bunny.net, which sees your IP address in order to send you the video, and nothing else about you.
